Automated Decision Making and Profiling
We don't make decisions based solely on an automated process – our decisions are always preceded by human intervention.
We carry out two types of profiling based on the candidate's personal data:
-
Candidate Portal by Zoho Recruitis a tool available on our website to allow candidates to upload their CV, so that we can recommend jobs matching the skills.
-
A smart search allows us to filter CVs when we receive many applications for the positions we advertise, and to enter relevant keywords such as years of experience or area of practice. It then analyzes all the uploaded CVs and provides a narrower list of candidates by matching keywords from candidates' CVs and ranking the candidates according to their suitability for the position. As previously explained, a recruiter always verifies the process. Thus, no automated decision is taken.
Please note that none of the profiling activities result in substantial legal or similar effects. However, if you would like to know more, please contact us.
